NET2COM provides Telecom's and IT support services to businesses that require networks supported to the highest standard. The Company was formed by an IT/Telecom's consultant who believed that the current policy of whereby customer satisfaction is always the second thought after profits was the wrong way to do business. With NET2COM's previous experience on successful projects, we believe that the way to maintain customer satisfaction is simply by everyone at NET2COM having an involvement with the customer from day one and tailoring our services to your business needs. Our consultants are highly experienced in maintaining the Network integrity of high profile networks. Our knowledge of broadband core and access equipment gives NET2COM the background to meet our clients needs. We can also provide Network Management Systems support and administration including Sun Solaris and HP OpenView. This allows us to provide our customers with a full range of expertise from the user at the computer keyboard to the network. Our consultants produce detailed test and design specifications for your requirements, and perform extensive tests of hardware / software as required by our clients. Our
consultants have extensive experience of rolling out nationwide and
international networks.
We also provide bespoke on-site training for your staff or customers within your own premises. As no customer requirements are the same, we do not believe in "'off the shelf' packages, rather, our services are developed specifically for our customers needs. NET2COM does not use call centers, we believe that the customer should have direct contact with our consultants. Our clients no longer have to wait in automated cues, or speak to non technical help desks, NET2COM customers speak directly to the consultant who is dealing with their contract.
